That would be "I have some questions regarding/concerning my newly-converted husband" saya = I ada = the common verb 'to have' kemusykilan = from 'musykil' to doubt, to have question. I used the later since it doesn't sound that romantic to doubt your husband and it's always nice to ask questions. berhubung dengan perkara mengenai= truthfully this is what is known as redundancy, ("regarding/concerning to the matter about" - roughly translated). It's not a grammatical sin. It's just that written Malay evolved into a flowery literature-like long winded not-straight-to-the-point form language. suami (not suomi ! ) = husband seorang = counter for a person muallaf is an arabic-loaned malay word for those who convert to Islam. i.e becomes Moslem.
