In TV shows and dramas it's mostly just "bersambung"
sambung = a root verb for continue/connected adding the 'ber' to 'sambung' turns it into a gerund means that it is (well,whatever it is) in the action/state of continuity. just like the english walk + ing, the 'ber' = 'ing'.
Though the grammatically-correct-text-book way of putting it should be "Akan bersambung"
with 'akan' means 'to be'
